WAR OF DIVISIONS 2025-2026: REPORT

War of Divisions (WOD) is SCMHRD’s flagship sports event that brings together all

divisions for an intense and spirited competition. The event aims to promote teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship while fostering unity among students. This year’s edition witnessed enthusiastic participation from both juniors and seniors across multiple sporting disciplines.

EVENT OVERVIEW

The event was conducted over a period of 15 days from 25th Dec, 2025- 8th Jan, 2026, featuring a diverse mix of indoor and outdoor sports. A total of 12 divisions competed across 13 sports, including games such as cricket, football, basketball, volleyball,

badminton, table tennis, chess, carrom, esports(3), dodgeball, and tug of war.

The competitions were held across multiple venues including the Academic Block, Multi Sports Arena, and Pacific Sports Arena.

PARTICIPATION DETAILS

The event saw active participation from both junior and senior divisions, with a total of 234 participants. The high level of engagement and competitive spirit contributed to

the success of the event, making it one of the most anticipated activities on campus.
