DAY 2 – 9th December 2025

Theme: Synergizing Sustainability– Strengthening Value Chains for a Resilient Future
Panel Discussion:
Topic – Building Smarter Supply Chains with Better and Sustainable Technologies
Panelists included:
• Mr. Alok Kumar, Senior Director – Operations (West), DHL
• Dr. Amol Shingate, Group Director & CEO, Supreme Facility Management Ltd.
• Mr. Sankalp Sinha, General Manager, IBM Aerospace
Day 2 of InfraBlaze 2025 featured a dynamic panel discussion on “Building Smarter Supply Chains with Better and Sustainable Technologies,” bringing forward a wide spectrum of ideas on how modern supply chains are being redesigned for efficiency, resilience, and environmental responsibility. Panelists emphasized the increasing adoption of sustainable warehouse technologies, including automated lighting systems that significantly reduce electricity consumption by switching off when areas are unoccupied. These interventions demonstrate how even small technological upgrades can collectively deliver substantial operational savings and support greener logistics ecosystems.
The conversation further expanded to global logistics innovations, with a notable discussion around DHL’s advanced rail freight initiatives. Experts highlighted how DHL Global Forwarding’s fast rail service from Xi’an, China to Hamburg and Neuss—reducing transit time from 17 days to 10–12 days—illustrates the transformative potential of multimodal connectivity. While this specific route originates in China, the model reflects broader improvements in Asia–Europe rail networks that ultimately benefit Indian exporters as well. Panelists also discussed the growing importance of early tracking technologies and predictive visibility tools, enabling companies to anticipate disruptions, optimize routes, and enhance customer satisfaction. The China+1 strategy was highlighted as a key driver compelling global supply chains to diversify, strengthening India’s role as an emerging manufacturing hub.
Addressing human capital, the panel underscored the workforce challenges prevalent in India’s logistics and supply chain sector, especially the pressing need for continuous upskilling. They introduced the concept of focusing on KASH (Knowledge, Attitude, Skill, and Habit) over Cash, encouraging future professionals to build holistic competencies that align with industry evolution. Additionally, the discussion touched upon the growing relevance of multi-client logistics sites for MSMEs, which offer shared infrastructure and reduce operational costs for smaller businesses. Together, these insights highlighted that the future of supply chains will be shaped not only by technology, but also by the quality of talent, collaboration models, and the mindset of innovation that organizations cultivate.
Guest Lecture (Online):
Speaker – Mr. Rajeev Kher, Founder & MD – Sara Plast & Satellite Industries Inc.
Topic – From Idea to Impact: Building Resilient Ventures that Balance Profit, People and Planet
Mr. Rajeev Kher’s guest lecture offered students an inspiring perspective on purpose-driven entrepreneurship. Mr. Kher shared insights into purpose-driven entrepreneurship, sanitation innovation, and building socially impactful ventures capable of long-term operational success and resilience. Drawing from his journey with Sara Plast and Satellite Industries Inc., he emphasized that true innovation lies in identifying real, on-ground challenges and designing solutions that uplift communities while remaining operationally robust.
A key highlight of the session was his practical advice on venture financing and organizational discipline. He encouraged aspiring entrepreneurs to consider raising debt in the early stages of their venture because it is often a cheaper route compared to equity and fosters sharper financial accountability. Mr. Kher also urged students to build ventures that generate positive societal impact while maintaining strong cash flows, enabling them to drive sustainable growth without overdependence on external capital. His emphasis on ethical leadership, frugality, and long-term value creation provided a grounded and realistic roadmap for anyone looking to build resilient, impactful businesses.
DAY 3 – 10th December 2025
Theme: Empowering Enterprise – Innovation and Integration in Digital Infrastructure Growth

Offline Guest Lecture:
Speaker – Mr. Satyam Gambhir, Co-Founder, Platform Commons
Topic – Innovation, Sustainability & Social Inclusion: Building Digital Infrastructure for Tomorrow’s India
Mr. Satyam Gambhir delivered an insightful session on “Innovation, Sustainability & Social Inclusion: Building Digital Infrastructure for Tomorrow’s India.” He addressed India’s digital transformation, the role of public digital infrastructure, interoperability, and inclusive platforms that empower citizens and MSMEs. Drawing from his experience at Platform Commons, he explained how a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model can create scalable, citizen-centric solutions that bridge gaps in accessibility and governance. He elaborated on the fundamental difference between “public” and “commons,” highlighting how open, collaborative digital ecosystems can accelerate development across sectors.
Mr. Gambhir also shared valuable perspectives from his entrepreneurial journey, discussing the real-world challenges founders face while building ventures with societal impact. He advised aspiring entrepreneurs to raise capital through equity until their venture reaches at least ₹5 crore in sales, after which debt financing becomes a more efficient and disciplined path due to predictable cash flows. Linking this to the broader Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), he emphasized the importance of designing ventures that are financially sustainable, technologically robust, and socially inclusive. His session offered a grounded understanding of how digital innovation, financial strategy, and purpose-driven leadership intersect to shape India’s future.
