Bengaluru Footprints – 7th March 2026

The Bengaluru Chapter of Footprints for this academic was a successful gathering that brought together 133 alumni from diverse batches, held at the prestigious Vivanta by Taj, Residency Road. Organized by the Alumni Relations Team, the event marked an important milestone in strengthening the SCMHRD alumni network in the southern region.

The evening began with desk registration followed by an energetic ice-breaking activity – the Cup Stack Challenge – which created an atmosphere of camaraderie and friendly competition among attendees. This engaging activity set the perfect tone for the evening’s proceedings.

The program featured distinguished addresses by Dr. Akhil Damodaran, Director of SCMHRD, Dr. K. Rajagopal, Deputy Director of SCMHRD, and Dr. Nilesh Kumbhojkar, Director of SCAE. Their inspiring words highlighted the institute’s vision and the crucial role alumni play in advancing its legacy.

Faculty In-Charge Dr. Pankaj Sharma and CRT Head Mr. Mahesh Renguntwar also addressed the gathering, further enriching the event with their valuable insights. The evening concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony and dinner, providing alumni with an excellent platform for networking and rekindling old connections.
