Samadhan Conclave

The Samadhan Conclave 2025 at SCMHRD reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development through its Institute Social Responsibility (ISR) cell, Samatva. Serving as a bridge between management education and real-world challenges, SCMHRD students have collaborated with over 30 NGOs, contributing to digital marketing, sustainability, education, and community development. The event featured Dr. Leena Deshpande (Head CSR, Bharat Forge) as the Chief Guest, who emphasized the role of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in driving societal transformation. Dr. Netra Neelam, Director, SCMHRD, highlighted the institution’s dedication to social impact, while Dr. K. Rajagopal, Deputy Director, SCMHRD, introduced the partner NGOs and their contributions.

- Student and NGO Testimonials – Sharing real-world experiences of working on projects that created tangible change.
Conclave 2025 was a resounding success, reflecting SCMHRD’s unwavering dedication to integrating social responsibility with management education.
