War of Divisions

War of Divisions, a sporting event organized by the Sports Committee at SCMHRD began on 15th December 2024 and concluded successfully on 28th December 2024 after 14 days of thrilling competitions, featuring 12 sports and engaging 12 divisions. This prestigious event symbolized perseverance, overcoming challenges, and striving for greatness.

The opening ceremony, themed Beyond Limits, set the tone for an unforgettable experience, with distinguished chief guests Mr. Mandar Tamhane, CEO of North East United Football Club, Dr. Netra Neelam, SCMHRD Director, and Dr. K. Rajagopal, Deputy Director, gracing the occasion.

Throughout the 14-day period, participants showcased exceptional skills, endurance, and strategic thinking, creating an atmosphere of healthy competition, teamwork, and resilience. Junior Division B emerged as champions, delivering outstanding performances across various events, while Junior Division A secured the runners-up position with commendable efforts.

The meticulous planning and execution by the Sports Committee, along with the enthusiastic involvement by all divisions, ensured the event’s resounding success. The event not only highlighted the athletic prowess of participants but also emphasized the importance of inclusivity and fostering a sense of community.
