NEEV 2025
26th Feb 2026 : Day 1
Day 1 of NEEV 2025 began with enthusiastic participation from students representing various institutions who arrived on campus to compete in the wide range of events scheduled throughout the day. The campus quickly transformed into a vibrant hub of activity as participants registered for competitions and gathered at different venues.
The first day featured the opening rounds of the flagship Best Student Manager competition Augustus, along with multiple case competitions and informal events conducted across the campus. Participants actively engaged in these activities, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and teamwork.
The day also witnessed strong audience engagement as students gathered to support participants and attend the various events. With an estimated footfall of over ten thousand visitors across the campus during the festival, Day 1 successfully set the tone for the rest of the event.
AUGUSTUS – BEST STUDENT MANAGER COMPETITION
Augustus is the flagship competition of NEEV and is designed to identify and recognize the Best Student Manager through a series of rigorous evaluation rounds. The competition tests participants across multiple managerial competencies including crisis management, strategic thinking, persuasion, creativity, leadership presence, and entrepreneurial ability.
The competition consisted of six rounds conducted across the two days of the fest. The first three rounds were conducted on Day 1, while the final three rounds took place on Day 2.
After successfully navigating all six rounds, Tanmay from the first year batch of SCMHRD emerged as the winner of Augustus and was crowned the Best Student Manager of NEEV 2025.

CASE COMPETITIONS
NEEV 2025 hosted several national level case competitions that attracted participation from students representing leading institutes across the country. These competitions formed an important academic component of the fest and provided participants with an opportunity to apply analytical thinking and strategic decision making to realistic business scenarios.
The competitions encouraged participants to evaluate complex situations, develop structured solutions, and present their ideas before experienced judges. The diversity of domains across human resources, marketing, analytics, finance, and digital commerce ensured that students from various academic interests could showcase their capabilities.
Synchronize – HR Case Competition
Synchronize focused on contemporary human resource management challenges and required participants to propose innovative strategies for managing talent, improving employee engagement, and addressing organizational issues. Teams were required to analyze real world workplace scenarios and present practical HR solutions that balanced organizational objectives with employee wellbeing.
After a competitive final round, Avneesh Maloo, Ujjawal Maheshwari, and Utsav Jain from St. Xavier’s College, Jaipur emerged as the winners of the competition.
Cipher – Business Analytics Case Competition
Cipher, sponsored by Metro Group, was designed to test participants on their ability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into strategic recommendations. Participants worked with analytical frameworks and data interpretation techniques to identify patterns, evaluate outcomes, and present actionable business strategies.
Shivam Sanjay Rathi from SIMSREE, Mumbai emerged as the winner of the competition after presenting a strong analytical solution supported by clear insights and structured reasoning.
Genesis – E Commerce Case Competition
Genesis, presented by ShopIQ, focused on challenges within the rapidly evolving e commerce landscape. Participants were tasked with designing strategies for an online retail platform using the ShopIQ interface, exploring aspects such as customer engagement, product positioning, and digital growth strategies.
Teams were required to combine marketing, operations, and digital strategy perspectives to present comprehensive solutions. Three teams advanced to the final round, demonstrating strong strategic thinking and innovative approaches to online retail management.
Kotler Kaun – Marketing Case Competition
Kotler Kaun challenged participants to develop creative marketing strategies in response to dynamic business scenarios. Teams were required to analyze consumer behavior, design marketing communication strategies, and propose brand positioning frameworks that could strengthen market presence.
The competition emphasized both analytical reasoning and creative thinking. Divyanshu Pareek, Sarthak Negi, and Divyansh Marwaha from T A Pai Management Institute emerged as the winners after presenting a well-structured marketing strategy.
Moneypoly – Finance Case Competition
Moneypoly focused on financial decision making and investment strategy development. Participants evaluated financial scenarios, interpreted financial statements, and proposed solutions to maximize financial performance.
The competition tested participants on financial analysis, risk evaluation, and strategic thinking in financial contexts. Lilani Aditya from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi emerged as the winner of the competition.
INFORMAL EVENTS
Informal events added a vibrant and interactive dimension to NEEV 2025 by encouraging participants to engage in activities that combined creativity, spontaneity, and teamwork. These events attracted strong participation from students across the campus and created lively spaces where participants and spectators could interact and enjoy the festive spirit of the event.
Designed to provide a break from the more structured academic competitions, the informal events offered participants opportunities to demonstrate quick thinking, coordination, and enthusiasm while competing in entertaining challenges.
Mystery Chemistry
Mystery Chemistry, sponsored by Plum Body Loving, was a couple-based event designed to test coordination and compatibility between participants. Teams participated in a series of engaging challenges that required effective communication, teamwork, and quick problem solving.
The event generated considerable excitement as participants worked together to complete the tasks while maintaining coordination with their partners. Piyush and team from I2IT emerged as the winners of the event.
Battlefit
Battlefit, sponsored by Pocari Sweat, was a high energy fitness challenge that required participants to compete in a demanding circuit of physical activities. The event tested endurance, agility, and physical strength while also encouraging a competitive spirit among participants.
The event attracted enthusiastic spectators who cheered participants as they progressed through the challenging tasks. Gaurang Ambokar emerged as the winner.
Beg, Borrow, Steal
Beg, Borrow, Steal, sponsored by Too Yumm, was a fast-paced campus challenge that required teams to collect unusual items and complete creative tasks within a limited time. Participants navigated different parts of the campus while working together to solve clues and obtain the required items.
The event encouraged resourcefulness, teamwork, and quick thinking. Amol and team emerged as the winners.
Call Out
Call Out was an interactive event that encouraged participants to challenge each other’s claims in a humorous and competitive format. Teams engaged in quick exchanges and spontaneous debates, creating an entertaining environment for both participants and spectators.
The event added a lively dimension to the fest by encouraging creativity and confidence among participants. The winners are yet to be announced.

Cultural events were an integral part of NEEV 2025 and played a significant role in creating an engaging and entertaining experience for participants and audiences. These events provided a platform for students to showcase their artistic talents while contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the festival.
The performances combined creativity, choreography, and stage presence, drawing large audiences and adding to the overall excitement of the fest.
Verve – Dance Competition
Verve, sponsored by Pocari Sweat, was the flagship dance competition of NEEV 2025 and served as one of the major attractions of the first day. Teams delivered high energy performances across a variety of dance styles including contemporary, hip hop, and fusion choreography.
Participants showcased impressive coordination, creativity, and storytelling through their performances, captivating the audience with dynamic routines and well synchronized choreography. After a series of engaging performances, the team from AIT emerged as the winners.


7.2 Panache – Fashion Show
Panache, the flagship fashion show sponsored by Flxy, brought together elements of fashion, choreography, and creative storytelling. Teams presented themed ramp walks supported by coordinated performances that highlighted innovative styling and stage presence.
The event transformed the stage into a vibrant display of creativity and performance as participants brought their concepts to life through carefully designed presentations. Anushka and Raj emerged as the winners of Panache.

STAND-UP ACT – KAUSTUBH AGARWAL
One of the major highlights of Day 1 was the stand-up performance by Kaustubh Agarwal. The act marked the return of stand-up comedy to SCMHRD after several years and attracted a large audience that filled the auditorium.
Known for his sharp observational humour and engaging stage presence, Kaustubh Agarwal delivered an entertaining performance that resonated strongly with the audience. His ability to connect with the crowd and present relatable comedic observations generated continuous laughter and enthusiastic responses throughout the performance.
The stand-up act provided a refreshing entertainment segment within the festival and served as a memorable conclusion to the first day of NEEV 2025.

27th Feb 2026: DAY 2
Day 2 of NEEV 2025 continued the momentum created on the first day with a packed schedule of competitions, informal activities, and cultural performances. Participants
returned to the campus to compete in the remaining events and attend the final rounds of major competitions.
The day featured the concluding rounds of Augustus along with the finals of major case competitions across marketing and finance domains. Informal events and cultural
performances continued to attract enthusiastic participation from students and visitors.
The campus maintained a lively atmosphere throughout the day as audiences gathered to witness the competitions and performances, building anticipation for the grand finale of the festival.
ARTIST PERFORMANCE – SUDHANSHU RAJ KHARE
The grand finale of NEEV 2025 was marked by a live musical performance by Sudhanshu Raj Khare. The performance drew one of the largest crowds of the fest as students gathered near the main stage to witness the closing act of the festival.
Sudhanshu Raj Khare delivered an energetic performance that created an electrifying atmosphere across the campus. The audience enthusiastically interacted with the
performance, singing along and celebrating the final moments of the two day festival.
The artist performance served as the perfect conclusion to NEEV 2025, bringing together participants, organizers, and visitors in a shared celebration of the successful completion of the fest.



CONCLUSION
NEEV 2025 concluded successfully as the 32nd edition of SCMHRD’s flagship festival. Over the course of two days, the event provided students with opportunities to showcase their managerial abilities, creativity, and collaborative spirit through a diverse range of competitions and performances.
The enthusiastic participation of students, faculty members, and visitors contributed to the vibrant atmosphere that characterized the event. With strong engagement across academic competitions, informal activities, and cultural showcases, NEEV 2025 once again reinforced SCMHRD’s reputation as a hub for innovation, leadership, and experiential learning.
