The Guest Lecture Team of the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development was delighted to host distinguished industry leaders for the two-day virtual event: Marketing Conclave, 2024. This year’s theme for the Event was “From Data to Narrative: How AI is Transforming the Art of Storytelling in Marketing “.

The panel discussion commenced with pertinent questions on the AI trends, how it will change the narrative and the role of conventional marketer, how can it help in preventing and mitigating marketing risks. Each shift from Computers to AI has taken some jobs but has made us more intelligent and adaptive. We need to understand how to leverage AI and not question it. AI is reducing the traditional laborious life cycle of understanding customer value and helps marketing teams to justify their expenditure by optimizing the process. We have to be cognizant about the implications of data’s quality. On the basis of customer needs, relevant promotional strategies should be devised.
