 Admissions & PR is not just a committee – it is a close-knit team driven by purpose, united by passion and committed to representing the spirit of SCMHRD with integrity and excellence. The committee serves as the bridge between the college and its aspirants. As the face of the college, the committee helps thousands of students every year realise their dream of joining SCMHRD through strategic online and offline initiatives. Beyond admissions, the committee is also responsible for creating a strong and consistent brand image for SCMHRD through national outreach programs, print media and social media.

We are directly responsible for branding SCMHRD on different platforms such as official college website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Unstop, SCMHRD blog, along with its many collaborations with various online and offline education platforms.

Our aim is to leave behind a strong brand impression in the minds of all our stakeholders at each touch-point. The committee believes in continual engagement and enhances the experience of its students even before they have stepped inside the college.

Admission Process

The committee manages the entire admissions journey with a focus on delivering a seamless, transparent, and aspirant-friendly experience.

Process Execution:

• Design and End-to-End execution of the Admission Process with an aim to provide a unique experience to the aspirants
• Admissions Brochure Design and Distribution
• Screening of applications
• Swift handling of aspirant’s queries

PR Activities

The committee is responsible for both external and internal communications, ensuring SCMHRD remains visible, relevant, and respected across all media. The following are the major events hosted by the Admissions & PR Team.

• Aspirant Outreach Drive: A Nation-wide Outreach Program with Coaching Centres and Media Outreach Drive
• StrataZeal: A National-level case competition exclusively crafted for aspirants, offering them early exposure to the world of problem solving and strategic thinking
• Rookie: A month-long quiz series with daily challenges and SNAP mock tests, offering aspirants a fun, competitive prep journey with exciting prizes
• MBA Jam: A Nation-wide Program to guide aspirants in their last sprint to SNAP and GEPI preparation along with a guidebook “Ready Reckoner”

In addition to organizing major events, we also execute 7 strategic campaigns across various social media platforms throughout the year. These campaigns are thoughtfully designed to ensure a smooth and engaging admissions journey – from initial outreach to the successful onboarding of students.
