The annual corporate and cultural festival of SCMHRD, NEEV, celebrated its 31st edition this year. With every passing year, the fest grows bigger, and NEEV 2024 – Envision continued the tradition of bringing together students from the top 40 B-schools, industry professionals, and creative minds to compete, collaborate, and celebrate.

With 30+ events and partnerships with leading companies, NEEV once again created a platform for intense competition and learning. The flagship event, Augustus, challengedparticipants from across the country in eight demanding rounds, pushing them to prove their business acumen, problem-solving, and leadership skills. The best of the bestcompeted for the title of India’s Best Student Manager, with the winner taking home prizes worth Rs. 2 Lakhs.

NEEV also hosted Business Games, a set of competitions designed to test participants in Marketing, Finance, HR, Business Analytics, and more. Across multiple elimination rounds, students demonstrated their critical thinking, decision-making, and industry knowledge, proving their expertise in their chosen domains.

Beyond competitions, NEEV 2024 was a stage for talent and creativity. Dancers delivered electrifying performances, and models brought confidence and style to the runway. The informal events lineup featured debates, scavenger hunts, and creative challenges like meme-making, adding an element of fun and spontaneity to the fest.

Atlantis Diaries, the speaker series, welcomed a diverse lineup of professionals who shared insights from their journeys. This year’s edition featured Ms. Nooshin Al Khadeer, former Indian cricketer and mentor for women’s cricket; Ms. Divya Agarwal, a well-known reality TV star and actress; Ms. Preeti, an entrepreneur making a mark in the fashion and beauty space; and Mr. Suresh Menon, a comedian known for his sharp wit. Their experiences and perspectives left the audience with valuable takeaways.

The festival concluded on a high note with an unforgettable Pro-Night, featuring Laqshay Kapoor and Sabali the Band, followed by a power-packed set by VDJ Shaan. Over the years, NEEV has hosted some of the biggest names in music, including Gajendra Verma, DJ Shadow, KK, Agnee, Indian Ocean, Hard Kaur, Shirley Setia, and Raghu Dixit, along with international artists like Akcent and DJ Jaytech. NEEV also made history by bringing

SUNBURN Goa to Pune in 2013. This year’s performances kept the tradition alive, creating an electric atmosphere.

With another successful edition wrapped up, NEEV 2024 – Envision will be remembered for its competition, learning, and celebration. Year after year, NEEV continues to raise the bar, and the excitement for the next edition has already begun!
