The annual corporate and cultural festival of SCMHRD, NEEV, celebrates its 31st edition, this year. As the fest gets better year after year, NEEV 2024 is set to be one of the most awaited events on campus. The last edition of NEEV taught us to push back the status quo and foray beyond conforms. NEEV 2023, Exuberance, embodies the radiant joy that propels us to embrace life’s vibrancy and celebrate with boundless enthusiasm.

With over 35 events and collaboration with leading companies and industrialists, the flagship event of NEEV, Augustus, an event which views participation from top B-Schools, is chosen to stand out from the rest in the search for India’s Best Student Manager, winning prizes worth Rs. 2 Lakhs. The participant with passion, zeal to excel, and the will to put in hard work emerges as a champion within this event. It is an event that tests business acumen and managerial mettle till the very last mile.

NEEV proudly presents Business Games, a set of events that test the participants in the fields of Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, and IDM. Within each Business Game, the participants are filtered down through a series of rounds to reveal the ultimate specialists in their respective fields.

NEEV also celebrates the potential and talent of its participants portrayed through the augmented festivities brought out by cultural events and informal games. NEEV lays the foundation for aspiring dancers to express their art. Furthermore, we also provide a chance for our participants to walk the ramp, showcasing their glitz and glamour. Taking the festivities a notch up, NEEV hosts a grand battle between bands participating from various universities. In the previous year, two new events were introduced, providing participants with an opportunity to blend iconic characters into new scenes and showcase exceptional theme-based photography along with their expression of thoughts.

Furthermore, NEEV presents Atlantis Diaries, a platform through which the experience of professionals who have gone through the rugged nature of their fields and emerged victorious is provided to pass their wisdom on to the future managers. Unbounded by industries and specializations, NEEV takes pride in the involvement of entrepreneurs and industrialists like Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, Mr. Mukesh Rishi, Mr. Aditya Ghosh, Mr. Harsha Bhogle, Mr. Virag Joshi, Mr. Ranveer Brar, Mrs. Mini Mathur, Mr. Tehseen Poonawala, etc.

The greatness of a culture can be found in its festivals. NEEV unveils its pro-nights, the stage where celebrities conquer the night, swaying SCMHRD off its feet. The night is brought to life by the artists that caused sensations in the industry. Previous associations with Indian artists and celebrities like Gajendra Verma, DJ Shadow, KK, Agnee, Indian Ocean, Parikrama, Raghu of Roadies, Hard Kaur, Shirley Setia, Raghu Dixit, and Motherjane, NEEV has also gone international with bands like Akcent and DJ Jaytech. Not to mention, NEEV was the first-ever organization to bring SUNBURN Goa to Pune in 2013. NEEV 2023 saw a memorable stage by Nikhil D’Souza, the charming voice behind songs like ‘Vaaste’ and ‘O Gujariya’.
