The student-driven Management Committee at Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development is delighted to mark the successful conclusion of Yashasvi 9.0, a flagship management conclave that continues to raise the bar as one of the country’s most influential events. Held from November 27th to 29th, the three-day event brought together a distinguished lineup of industry leaders and seasoned professionals, creating an inspiring environment for fresh perspectives, meaningful exchanges, and practical learning.

The Sanskrit term Yashasvi, signifying “successful,” continues to reflect the spirit of the conclave and its pursuit of growth shaped by determination, learning, and purposeful action. This year’s theme, Yugantar: The Age of Transformation, captured the essence of a rapidly evolving world, highlighting how meaningful shifts begin with bold ideas and the commitment to turn them into real impact. The theme underscored progress driven by adaptability, fresh thinking, and the willingness to embrace change as a catalyst for advancement.

The conclave presented an enriching agenda of leadership talks and panel discussions that brought current industry challenges into sharp focus. Sessions such as “From Awareness to Authenticity: Rebuilding Brand Trust in the Age of Digital Transformation,” “The CFO’s New Dashboard: Driving Growth Through Data,” “Reimagining Growth: Aligning Innovation with Operational Excellence and Strategic Vision,” and “The New Rules of Accountability: Building Trustworthy Systems for Business Decisions” offered a rich blend of perspective and forward-looking insight.

The opening panel discussion, “Decoding Transformation: From Strategy to Execution in a Digitally Accelerated World,” delved into how organisations convert ambitious transformation strategies into executable, resilient pathways. The conversation traced the real-world challenges of scaling digital initiatives, strengthening organisational readiness, and aligning people, processes, and technology for meaningful impact. The panel featured Mr Laxman K Prasad, Group CFO at Aspect Global Ventures; Rajesh Korde, Senior Director – Technology Infrastructure at Northern Trust; Bhavesh Lakhani, CIO and Global Technology Leader at Firstsource; and Priyankar Vajpai, VP and Head of Talent Acquisition at Mastercard. Their perspectives offered a clear view of how finance, technology, and people
functions work together to build adaptable systems, strengthen organisational readiness, and drive effective transformation.

The event was further elevated by the presence of a distinguished group of speakers Aman Gautam, VP – Sales and Marketing, Industrial Lubricants at Shell; Kireeti Kesavamurthy, Director-Data Eng AI, VISA; Avesh Kumar Jha, Senior Vice President at HGS (Hinduja Global Solutions); Deepak Arora, Global Head-Youtube Scaled Operations, Youtube; Ramesha Narahari, Whole Time Director at ABB; Amit Pahuja, Director-Internal Audit, American Express-GBT; Manish Sharma, Vice President – Mobility at TotalEnergies; Dulles Krishnan – VP – GTM Capability Center, AsiaPac Business Head, Avalara; Manoj Batra -Head – Product and Process Government Business Group; Sarabh Sinha, Director of Engineering-Data and Insights, Warner Bros. Discovery and Bhushan Aher, Managing Director at Blackrock. Their insights inspired students to see transformation as a dynamic journey where clear strategy, strong execution, and human insight work together to create lasting impact.

Moderating these intellectually engaging sessions were SCMHRD’s esteemed faculty members Dr. Natashaa Kaul, Dr. Vinod Sharma, Dr. Suhas Ambekar, Mr.Prataprao Chavan and CA Sunit Joshi. Their academic depth and steady guidance strengthened the quality of every discussion, ensuring the discussions remained focused, enriching, and valuable for all participants.

As Yashasvi 9.0 draws to a close, it leaves behind a legacy of inspiration, reflection, and renewed ambition.
