Republic Day Celebration

The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with a formal event by SIIB, bringing together the  communities of SCMHRD, SCIT, and SIIB. The ceremony commenced with the hoisting of the national  flag by Dr. Alka Maurya, Director of SIIB, followed by the National Anthem, instilling a sense of unity  and patriotism among all present. 

The event was attended by key dignitaries, including Dr. Netra Neelam, Director of SCMHRD; Dr.  Dhanya Promod, Director of SCIT; Dr. Alka Maurya, Director of SIIB; Dr. K. Rajagopal, Deputy Director of SCMHRD and Col. S.K. Mishra (Retd.), Campus Administrator.  

Following the flag hoisting, a series of speeches were delivered by distinguished guests and members  of the institution. The speakers eloquently emphasised the importance of Republic Day as a reminder  of our democratic values and the responsibilities of every citizen in upholding the Constitution of  India. 

The cultural segment of the celebration showcased the vibrant diversity of India. Students presented  an array of performances, including soulful patriotic songs, and captivating dances that highlighted  the significance of unity and integrity in a country as diverse as ours. These performances not only  entertained but also evoked a sense of national pride among the audience.
