INDEPENDENCE DAY

The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with a formal event at SCMHRD, bringing together the communities of SCMHRD, SCIT, and SIIB. The ceremony commenced with the hoisting of the national flag by Director Dr. Netra Neelam, followed by the National Anthem, instilling a sense of unity and patriotism among all present.
The event was attended by key dignitaries, including Dr. Dhanya Promod, Director of SCIT; Dr. Alka Maurya, Director of SIIB; and Col. S.K. Mishra (Retd.), Campus Administrator. The Chief Guest, Captain Ramesh Chinchanikar, shared insights from his distinguished career, emphasizing the importance of discipline, leadership, and continuous learning.
The Cultural Committee of SCMHRD presented a series of performances that reflected the diversity and richness of Indian culture. These performances, ranging from traditional dances to patriotic songs, were well-received by the audience, highlighting the spirit of the occasion. The Independence Day celebration at SCMHRD was a dignified and successful event, fostering a renewed sense of national pride and community spirit among attendees.
