DAY 1: “Agility and Innovation in Entrepreneurship – How businesses stay one step ahead of challenges”

The first day of Inspiro was an enriching panel discussion with our panelists Mr. Anoop Raghavan, Co-Founder and Director of Agraga, Mr. Rohit Kumar, Co-founder of White Canvasses, Mr. Prahallad, Founder of Homvery, Mr. Rakesh Mishra, Founder of Entuple, and last but not least Mr. Yogesh Shinde, Founder of Bamboo India along with our engaging moderator Mr. Tejas Shyam, Edupreneur & Founder of The Education Journey.

The discussion provided insights upon the latest trend of layoffs, how long can the current situation of startups getting huge amounts of funding from marquee investors, profitability of startups and businesses in today’s age and how it can be increased keeping in mind the competitive market they are in. The discussion also shed light on the value of an ecosystem and collaboration of entrepreneurs where Mr. Yogesh Shinde, Founder of Bamboo India shared his experience on the Shark Tank about how a community can help each other.

DAY 2: “Consulting in the era of business disruptions- Client and Consultant relationship”

The second day was just as informative and upstanding with our enthusiastic panel consisting of Mrs. Sudeepta Veerapaneni, Partner at Deloitte, Mr. Sagar Pawar, Partner at KPMG, Mr. Jaspreet Singh, Partner at Grant Thornton, Mr. Hitesh Chelawat, Vice President at Oliver Wyman, Mr. Thomas Kuruvilla, Managing Partner at Arthur D. Little along with our moderator Mr. Yash Sankhlecha, Manager at Deloitte.

The panel was a mix of consultants from different firms and different businesses with one thing in common, that is providing customer satisfaction amid changes in the world of consultancy through the help of various techniques. The discussion brought out the bright side of work from home and how it has made approaching personalities easier. At the same time, how new age technology with AI and ML has improved the quality of work for consultants with more accurate predictions and forecasts.

Both the panel discussions helped students understand how the business works, the latest trends and challenges, how the industry is constantly evolving, the kind of projects taken up, the profitability, and how a fresher can enter into the consulting world with the right skill set required.
