Worked in Healthcare and Automobile Marketing Organisation for more than two decades at various senior level positions at Domestic and International Markets. On completion of first PhD in Applied Marketing moved to full time academic engagement. After shifting to academic, completed the second Ph D on Human Resource Management.

With fifteen years of academic experience ensures deep appreciation for scholarly research, quality teaching, accreditation requirements of both Global accreditation of AACSB and national accreditation of NBA and NAAC. Had worked with SCMHRD right from the initial journey of the Institute towards becoming the Qualifying member of AACSB to successful achievement of the AACSB Accreditation and Re-Accreditation process.

In the earlier roles as a Professor and Deputy Director at SCMHRD, he has been working for the past eleven years with all the key domains and departments of the Institute wide teaching, examinations, admission, corporate relations and other student committees. Working in close association with the Corporates and Alumni of SCMHRD since a decade, has enabled him to have a very strong bonding with the Alumni and the Corporates across sectors.

Has been part of the various MDPs (Management Development Programs) conducted by the Institute as a key resource person. He is serving as an expert member of the Jean Monnet Module under the Erasmus plus Project, ECHO – Europe-India Collaborative Horizon for Opportunities, the project initiated with Bremen University, Germany. By the virtue of working in the International market he has global exposure of visiting and more than 20 plus countries across the globe.

He has published 30 plus articles in Scopus, Web of Science and ABDC indexed reputed journals, has published multiple book chapters and presented more than 25 papers in International Conferences.

Currently serving as a Professor and Officiating DIRECTOR at SCMHRD and working towards bridging Academic and Corporate through leveraging technology-based pedagogy to enrich student’s collaborative teaching learning process and optimise institutional efficiency.
