Day zero had 166 aspiring managers of Batch 2006-08, greeted with 263 offers from 85 companies spanning across diverse sectors. SCMHRD has been successful in emerging as a top quality B-school with students specializing in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations and Systems. The campus recruitment program is a standing testimonial to this fact with a plethora of offers across BFSI, FMCG and Consulting Sectors. A host of new recruiters were the highlight of the recruitment program, reaffirming the faith of corporate world in talent of SCMHRD. The average compensation scaled new heights reaching Rs.10.32 lakhs p.a, an increase of 23% over the previous year’s record. The median compensation reached Rs. 9.5 lakhs p.a. The highest domestic offer on campus was Rs. 15 Lakhs p.a, an increase of 13% over the previous year. The minimum accepted salary this year was Rs. 7 lakhs p.a.
