Enterprise Resource Planning

is a software, which leads the organization towards optimized use of resources for profit maximizationthrough operational cost minimization. The two leading vendors of off the shelf ERP packages are mySAP and ORACLE 11i. and SCMHRD students are exposed to both the ERP packages in their first semester. Students can opt for either of them as per their career path under the guidance of the subject matter experts. The intention is to make the students aware of the emerging scenarios, the application platform and application services.

mySAP Business Suite

mySAP Enterprise Resource Planning is a comprehensive solution for managing financials, human resources, logistics processes, and corporate service, and for controlling administrative and operational business processes. Students can undergo training in any of these modules:

Oracle 11i

The Oracle Applications are taught to the students with a focus on both theory, as well as, practical knowledge of modules of Human Resource Management, Finance, Marketing and Operations. The intention is to make the students aware of the emerging scenarios, the application platform and application services. Students focus on the ORACLE Applications relevant to their specialisation and handle these packages independently.

Aris toolkit

Aris is a business process excellence tool and is being taught as part of the course Business Process Management (BPM). The new, Web-based and intuitive generation of ARIS BPM tools make process management even more efficient - through short orientation periods and ergonomic user interfaces, user-friendly reporting and high performance. The tools integrated in the ARIS Strategy Platform can be used to set up Balanced Scorecard BSC Engines.

Primavera Enterprise

Primavera Enterprise (PE) is Primavera's new-generation, multi-project, planning, scheduling and control software, which provides comprehensive resource and cost management, performance measurement and 'what-if' analysis. With PE, project managers can ensure timely project completion within promised deadlines and defined scope, and can weigh the impact of new work and changes in priority on the overall strategic business objectives.
